Description of a completed project
The project “Legia switches on eco-electricity” implemented in October 2020 by EN2 Fotowoltaika for Legia Warszawa, assumed the installation of a photovoltaic plant with a total capacity of 50 kWp on the roof of the training facility belonging to the customer – Legia Trainig Center in Książenice near Warsaw.
We used 149 modern panels of Astronergy brand for its construction, mounted on the structure of the renowned brand Van Der Valk, which meets the most stringent standards of the European Union. The heart of the installation is the SolarEdge inverter, which ensures its safe operation. The performance of the panels, the capacity of the generated energy and the safety are constantly controlled by electronic monitoring system.
Cooperation with EN2 Fotowoltaika is a very valuable partnership. It shows that Legia Training Center is not only a state-of-the-art facility in terms of sports or research and development, but it is also an infrastructure using modern and environmentally friendly energy solutions. We hope that other training centers in Poland will follow our lead in this area as well. We also assume that the proper installation will supplement the LTC’s energy needs during the summer, which also has a certain financial value – says Tomasz Zahorski, Legia Warszawa Management Board Member and President of Legia Training Center.
